The Ethical Marketing team owns product strategy, therapeutic-area insight, KOL/MLD engagement, launches, materials, field-force capability, CSS/RWE/IIT coordination, account-level business planning, and performance reporting for CREZET, ENVLO, FEXUCLUE, and future products. PMs work directly with Medical, Regulatory, RPM/RPS, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, external partners/agencies, hospitals, societies, KOLs, and Korea HQ.
About the role
The Marketing PM is expected to be the accountable product and therapeutic-area owner. The CV PM should bring direct cardiovascular product and cardiology/internist experience, while the ENDO PM should bring direct endocrinology, diabetes, SGLT2, renal/cardiometabolic, or related experience. Each employee must combine scientific credibility with commercial judgment, hold direct KOL discussions, build executable positioning and account strategies, quantify revenue and patient/case opportunities, lead field training and materials, coordinate evidence and launch activities, analyze performance, and provide clear recommendations to local management and Korea HQ.
Key responsibilities
Own the assigned product and therapeutic-area strategy, including market diagnosis, segmentation, positioning, annual/quarterly plans, forecasts, budget priorities, launch/lifecycle plans, and measurable performance objectives.
Build deep knowledge of disease, clinical evidence, guidelines, patient profiles, product characteristics, competitor data, market access, and the practical success model for the assigned portfolio.
Engage directly and credibly with KOLs, society leaders, advisors, speakers, investigators, and priority customers; convert insight into specific strategy and action-plan changes.
Develop clear new-patient, switching, and add-on strategies supported by projected revenue per strategy, projected revenue per target account, expected cases per doctor, and field-execution milestones.
Maintain named KOL/MLD and target-account ownership with a table of KOL/account, institution, activity, timing, expected commitment/outcome, responsible owner, and follow-up status.
Lead compliant promotional materials, core messages, talking points, objection handling, field tools, digital assets, and recorded product training in coordination with Medical and Regulatory.
Plan and execute launches, congresses, symposia, ABMs, RTDs, and other programs with clear pre-activity objectives, customer selection, budget rationale, and post-activity scientific/commercial follow-up.
Coordinate CSS/RWE/IIT and local evidence opportunities with Medical, including evidence gaps, rationale, investigator/KOL engagement, timelines, role separation, and appropriate utilization of results.
Analyze sales, prescriptions/users, customer conversion, target-account performance, competitor activity, market research, field execution, inventory/availability, and budget; recommend timely strategy adjustments.
Train and coach RPM/RPS and partners on disease basics, product differentiation, patient/customer selection, objections, and practical execution; use assessments and field feedback to improve capability.
Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and HQ reports with clear facts, decisions, risks, next actions, timelines, and business impact.
Work cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, RPM/RPS, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, agencies/partners, and Korea HQ while maintaining scientific quality, ownership, compliance, and timely execution.
