Brand Ambassador: Lounge Sales & Passenger Service (Mitra)

About the role

This position focuses on active selling of airport lounge services through direct approach to passengers, while providing passenger handling and concierge services in the airport area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active selling or direct selling of airport lounge services to passengers

• Approach potential customers actively, in a friendly and professional manner

• Explain lounge facilities, benefits, pricing, and usage terms clearly and attractively

• Convince potential customers and guide the sales process until successful transaction

• Achieve individual sales targets that have been set

• Assist with registration process and direct customers to the lounge

• Provide passenger handling services according to passenger needs

• Provide concierge services, including helping provide information and directing passengers in the airport area

• Assist passengers in handling or carrying baggage if needed

• Maintain good customer relationships and create positive service experiences

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Interest and ability in sales, marketing, hospitality, passenger handling, or customer service

• Experience as sales promoter, direct sales, brand ambassador, concierge, porter, frontliner, or similar position is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Communicative, confident, persuasive, and willing to approach potential customers directly

• High motivation to conduct sales and achieve targets

• Able to communicate in English for basic service conversations

• Friendly, quick, disciplined, proactive, and possess good service mindset

• Physical condition supports high mobility and able to handle baggage safely if needed

• Neat and professional appearance according to grooming standards

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Willing to work with shift system, including weekends and national holidays

• Willing to be placed at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali
