Job Summary:
Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop effective talent acquisition strategies and drive recruitment excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Willing to be placed at Kino’s Head Office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
