About the role

Bali Earth School is looking for educators who genuinely love working with children and believe learning should be alive, meaningful, hands-on, and connected to real life. You might be a teacher, academic, artist, musician, designer, gardener, scientist, entrepreneur, craftsperson, athlete, storyteller — or simply someone with a unique skill that you believe children should experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging lesson plan, hands on projects and meaningful learning experiences

• Guide children with creativity, confidence, and initiative

• Bring real-world skills into the learning environment

• Think independently and solve problems

• Connect learning with nature, academics, art, movement, projects, and everyday life

• Adapt to different children and different ways of learning

• Encourage independence, curiosity, responsibility, and critical thinking

• Build genuine and respectful relationships with children

• Willing to work hard to create personalized target for each kids

About you

• Must be fluent in English

• Good in teamwork

• Must have can do attitude

• Working from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

• Sometimes working on Saturday if needed due to upcoming event

• Genuinely comfortable working with children

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Willing to continuously learn and grow

• Believe that children deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and integrity

• NOT AFRAID OF SUN & RAIN
