Job Description
Drive Bancassurance business growth and achieve GWP and profitability targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
Identify and secure new Bancassurance business opportunities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Product, and IT) to ensure seamless business implementation.
Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and execute growth strategies.
Support bank partners through product training and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Partnership, Financial Institution, or Business Development roles within the General Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of General Insurance products and Bancassurance business.
Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong network within the banking industry and experience working with bank partners.
Candidates with proven experience and strong professional relationships with Bank Mandiri will be highly preferred.
Possess an existing business portfolio and strong banking relationships that can contribute to immediate business growth.
Candidates with a proven track record of generating and managing sizable business portfolios from banking partners will have a distinct advantage.
