STORE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Lead, schedule, and monitor store staff performance.

* Ensure excellent F&B service and customer experience.

* Understand and supervise coffee preparation and coffee service standards.

* Ensure product quality, consistency, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.

* Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and minimize product wastage.

* Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.

* Monitor daily sales, cashier transactions, and outlet performance.

* Ensure SOPs, food safety, and operational standards are consistently implemented.

* Train and coach team members to improve service, product knowledge, and productivity.

* Coordinate with management regarding store performance, staffing, inventory, and operational issues.

* Help achieve store sales targets and improve overall outlet performance.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or similar position in F&B / Coffee Shop.

* Strong understanding of F&B service operations.

* Have good knowledge of coffee service, including basic coffee preparation and beverage standards.

* Experienced in managing and supervising a team.

* Good understanding of inventory, stock control, cashier operations, and daily outlet administration.

* Good knowledge in POS system.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.

* Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced outlet environment.

* Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and proactive.

* Passionate about F&B, coffee, hospitality, and creating great customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, and capable of running an outlet—not just supervising the team.

You should be comfortable stepping in when needed, whether it is helping the bar, assisting customers, solving operational problems, checking inventory, or leading the team during busy hours.
