Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings, technical drawings, and detailed drawings for custom furniture and retail fixtures.

• Translate design concepts into production-ready drawings for manufacturing and installation.

• Develop detailed construction drawings, including dimensions, joinery, materials, finishes, and hardware specifications.

• Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Project Teams, Production, and Vendors to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy.

• Revise drawings based on design reviews, site conditions, and production requirements.

• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements.

• Prepare material lists, cutting lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM) when required.

• Provide technical support and resolve drawing-related issues during production and installation.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Furniture Drafter, Interior Drafter, or a similar role.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Good understanding of furniture construction, joinery, materials, finishes, and hardware.

• Ability to read and produce accurate technical and shop drawings.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows.

• Experience with SketchUp is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

• Willing to be assigned to work fulltime on-site at BSD, Tangerang Selatan office.
