Job Description:
Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Maintaining and ensuring all basic store operation are running well
Analyze shopper behaviors using quantitative and qualitative data.
Analyze sales, margin, expense, wastage and inventory of all stores.
Supervising, controlling and ensure that the operating standards are running well.
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Establish cooperation with the support department.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University
Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Retail Store Manager or Area Operation Manager preferably from Supermarket Retail
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
Customer management skills.
Fluent in English
