Energy Marshall

We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Energy Marshall to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 (three) years of work experience on high-voltage projects (150 kV substations);

2. Possession of General/Electrical OHS (K3) certification, HSE "Work at Height" certification, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) certification, and/or certifications related to Permit to Work (PTW) for energy, electrical, or construction activities is considered an advantage;

3. Meticulous, responsive, and capable of sound risk analysis; able to work in the field with high mobility and perform well under pressure;

4. Possess good communication skills for inter-team coordination and providing safety-related instructions (specifically regarding energy safety) to workers;

5. Possess knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

Candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following:

1. Ensure LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures are applied to energized equipment before work commences, ensure the use of specialized PPE for energy and electrical tasks in accordance with safety standards, supervise energy and electrical work activities (Hot Work, electrical panels, generators, heavy equipment);

2. Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) process for electrical and energy-related tasks; ensure energy isolation is performed prior to maintenance or repairs;

3. Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations and energy-related equipment; identify potential energy hazards and provide recommendations for control measures;

4. Provide energy-related safety instructions to workers before work begins; conduct safety briefings and energy hazard simulations;

5. Implement preventive measures and evaluations, including halting work if unsafe conditions are identified; investigate energy or electrical incidents and prepare evaluation reports.
