Job Responsibilities
Inspect each process of the PACK workshop to grasp the production process;
Responsible for process verification of new projects, preparation of work instructions, optimization of process documents, and process training for production employees;
Responsible for the process guidance of relevant personnel in each process of production, and analyze and deal with abnormal problems;
Conduct internal process discipline inspections to ensure the standardization of production operations; Complete the work related to external audits
Job Requirements
After the introduction of new products, standardize on-site operations and form documents and records;
Analyze and solve on-site problems and prevent them from happening again;
Continuous improvement in efficiency and quality;
Conduct process discipline supervision on the site production process to ensure that it is implemented according to standards;
