Full Stack Developer (Middle Level)

We are looking for a Junior and Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with proven production experience to join our product team in a fast-moving startup environment.

This role is intended for engineers who have already shipped real features and can work across frontend and backend with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

• Build, implement, and ship production-ready features across both frontend and backend.

• Own features end-to-end, from technical planning and development to testing, deployment, and production delivery.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver features efficiently and according to product requirements.

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, mobile-friendly, and production-ready interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Develop and maintain backend logic, RESTful APIs, integrations, queues/background jobs, and caching systems.

• Handle integration, testing, optimization, deployment, and post-release fixes.

• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

• Adapt quickly to changing product priorities and evolving technical requirements.

• Continuously improve developer experience, development processes, and code quality.

• Work independently while taking full ownership and accountability for assigned features and deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• Junior Level: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

• Mid Level: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

• For Mid/Senior-level candidates, hands-on experience building and maintaining software in real-world production environments is required.

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, including modern frameworks and libraries used across frontend and backend development.

• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and Vite in real-world projects.

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel in production systems.

• Strong understanding of modern frontend state management, such as Zustand, Redux, React Query, or similar technologies.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with CSR, SSR, and hybrid rendering.

• Strong capability in building responsive and mobile-friendly UIs aligned with modern UX standards.

• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into adaptive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS is highly preferred.

• Experience optimizing frontend performance in real-world product environments.

• Practical experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as working with queues/background jobs and caching solutions such as Redis.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and database-driven applications.

• Awareness of backend performance, security, scalability, and reliability considerations.

• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD environments and deployment workflows is mandatory.

• Experience working within sprint-based / Agile development workflows.

• Comfortable working in Dockerized environments.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving product environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues and determine practical solutions.

• Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and consistently deliver production-ready solutions.

• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating in English for daily collaboration.

Split Shift — USA Time Zone

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Note: This position is for a full-stack developer with demonstrated experience. Junior level salary arrangement will be different with 3 years of experience Middle level.
