At OUFFF, we’re looking for a Bartender who brings great energy, strong beverage skills, and genuine hospitality to every shift.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
VERY GOOD ENGLISH, DOMICILE IN BALI, & STRONG BEVERAGE KNOWLEDGE
1. HONEST & RESPONSIBLE
Trustworthy, reliable, disciplined, and responsible with products, equipment, cash, and daily operations.
2. STRONG BEVERAGE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, basic mixology, coffee, beverage preparation, and presentation.
3. FUN, POSITIVE & CHEERFUL PERSONALITY
Friendly, energetic, approachable, and able to create positive vibes with guests and the team.
4. GOOD SERVICE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Able to communicate well with guests and colleagues, understand guest needs, and provide engaging bar service.
5. READY TO WORK SHIFTS
* Morning: 10:00-17:00 WITA
* Evening: 17:00-00:00 WITA
* Night: 00:00-06:00 WITA
* 6-7 hours working/day
* 1 day off/week
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other bar products.
* Follow recipes, measurements, and presentation standards.
* Maintain consistency in taste and quality.
* Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
* Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
* Prepare mise en place before service.
* Monitor and report stock levels to the Bar Captain/Bar Manager.
* Minimize wastage and breakage.
* Handle bar equipment properly.
* Support opening and closing procedures.
* Work closely with the Floor & Bar team.
* Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
* Female bartender.
* Previous bartending experience is preferred.
* Strong interest and knowledge in beverages.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good English is preferred.
* Well groomed, confident, and presentable.
* Energetic, proactive, and team oriented.
* Able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Willing to learn and develop beverage skills.
* Currently living in Bali [MANDATORY]
