About the role
ETTA THE PLACE is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate our beverage program.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations
- Develop and maintain cocktail programs
- Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure quality, consistency, and service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance standards
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable cocktail bar
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English preferred
