Supervisor Marketing-Commercial Vehicle

PT SMFL LEASING INDONESIA currently open 1 position as Supervisor Marketing - Commercial Vehicle

General Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economic, Marketing or related field

2. Minimum 2 years (3-5 years is preferred) of experience in the leasing company, commercial banking, truck dealership or commercial vehicle financing

3. Able to communication in English by written and verbal (Intermediate level)

4. Immediate Join will be preferred

Job Description and Key Responsibilities  :

1. Acquire new customers and achieve financing targets.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with truck dealers, suppliers, and corporate customers.

3. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

4. Visit customer regularly and prepare financing proposals

5. Collect and verify customer documents for credit assessment

6. Perform preliminary financial analysist and assess customer repayment capacity

7. Coordination with Credit Dept, Legal Dept and Documentation teams to ensure smooth approval and disbursement

8. Monitor customer port of folio quality and assist in collection activities when necessary

9. Maintain relationship with existing customers to encourage repeat financing

10. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and market updates

Required Skills :

1. Strong knowledge of truck financing products and leasing processes

2. Understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis and credit assessment

3. Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills

4. Good networking with truck dealers and transportation companies is preferred

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

6. Possess a valid driving license ( SIM A/C)

7. Willing to travel frequently for customer and dealer visits
