Main Responsibility:
Manage production operations, including the preparations of weekly production plans.
Ensuring input (resource) availability, process robustness and reliability.
Supervise operators with 2 shifts operation mode.
Lead productivity improvement initiatives and enchance awareness and implementation of quality standarts within the production process.
Qualifications:
Minimum Apothecary graduate.
Fresh graduate or experience as Production Supervisor around 1 year.
IPK minimum 3,2 (for apothecary dan pharmacy).
Willing to work as a team and individual.
Willing to work with shift system (2 Shift).
Good in building relationship and leadership.
Work location: Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta
