Role Overview 

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Beverage Application Specialist (Sales Development) to drive our B2B market expansion and lead our product/menu innovation pipeline.

In this role, you will bridge product development with commercial strategy—translating market trends into commercially successful beverage solutions, conducting product demos, and acquiring new key chain accounts.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy for beverage ingredients (syrup, powder, sauce, toppings). 
• Drive functional and beverage menu application innovations for prospective clients. 
• Manage customer co-development projects and build relationships with new market/chain customers. 
• Build and achieve high-performance sales targets. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

Core Operational Responsibilities 

1.  Lead Generation & Outreach: 

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients (coffee chains, HORECA, F&B franchises) via direct outreach, networking, and cold calls/emails. 

2.  Lead Qualification & Engagement: 

• Vet prospects to evaluate budget, authority, and specific ingredient/menu needs. 
• Schedule and conduct product presentations, beverage tasting sessions, and intro meetings to close deals. 

3.  Account Management & Pipeline Tracking: 

• Co-develop signature beverage menus tailored to big chain clients. 
• Track daily sales metrics, pipeline status, and contact data using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

Ideal Candidate Profile 

🎓 Education & Age: 

• Age preference: 25 – 30 years old (Male & Female are welcome). 
• Minimum qualification: Vocational High School graduate (SMK / High School Equivalent) majoring in Chemical Analysis, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality.

💼 Experience: 

• 2–3 years of experience in food service product development or B2B sales in the F&B industry. 
• Proven experience with beverage ingredients: syrup, powder, sauce, and toppings. 
• Proven track record in handling or acquiring big chain clients (minimum 2–3 established brands in the market).

• Proficiency in CRM usage to track metrics and client data. 
• Deep understanding of beverage applications, menu development, and market trends.
