KUALIFIKASI :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknis Sipil,kepemilikan Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja (SKK) Konstruksi, serta pengalaman kerja profesional.

  • Mampu memanange dan memimpin proyek di lapangan

  • Menguasai ilmu mekanika teknik,analisis beban bangunan, dan struktur bangunan dan jembatan

  • Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak perancangan struktur gedung min.ETABS dan SAP2000

  • Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun di bidang konstruksi dan manajemen proyek


BERTANGGUN JAWAB:

  • Merencanakan,mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional proyek

  • Memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai target waktu,mutu,biaya dan K3

  • Memimpin dan membina tim operasional di lapangan

  • Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait untuk kelancaran proyek
