WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure all warehouse processes are in accordance with SOPs and work standards.

2. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

3. Supervise and control warehouse activities.

4. Manage inventory and stock and ensure stock availability as needed.

5. Control and oversee stocktaking and ensure the accuracy of stock data.

6. Lead, direct, supervise, and control the performance of warehouse staff.

7. Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.

8. Enforce procedures and conduct routine inspections to ensure warehouse safety.

9. Supervise and ensure the warehouse is safe and well-maintained.

10. Prepare reports on warehouse activities and administration, incoming and outgoing goods transactions.

11. Coordinate with other divisions related to sales and distribution.

12. Coordinate with external parties (e.g., suppliers, couriers).

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar position.

2. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, or a related field.

3. Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.

4. Ability to organize, lead, and inspire a team.

5. Analytical skills to analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

7. Ability to communicate, work under pressure, and manage conflict.

8. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

9. Ability to build positive working relationships with various parties.

10. Possess leadership qualities, be honest, assertive, and trustworthy.

11. Disciplined, diligent, agile, and hardworking.

12. Responsible, take initiative, and demonstrate high loyalty.

13. Possess problem-solving skills and a willingness to take risks.

14. Results-oriented, innovative, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
