Description
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and upcoming models.
- Build rapport with potential buyers through effective interpersonal skills.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, active listening, empathy, time management
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team success
- Qualities and Traits:Outgoing, friendly, and customer-oriented
