Job Description – Field Collector (Penagihan Lapangan)

1. Melakukan Penagihan Angsuran

2. Monitoring Piutang Memantau daftar akun overdue setiap hari

3. Negosiasi dengan Konsumen Menjelaskan kewajiban pembayaran kepada konsumen.

4. Survey dan Verifikasi Memastikan alamat dan domisili konsumen.

5. Menjaga Hubungan dengan Konsumen Memberikan pelayanan yang sopan dan profesional.

6. Membuat Laporan Harian Melaporkan hasil kunjungan.

7. Koordinasi Internal Berkoordinasi dengan Supervisor Collection terkait akun bermasalah.

8. Menangani Unit Tarik (Repossession) (sesuai kebijakan perusahaan) Melakukan pendekatan kepada konsumen yang menunggak berat.
