About the role
We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build multi-agent AI systems that automate compliance workflows at scale. You'll design RAG pipelines, develop LLM-powered agents, and create integrations with enterprise platforms—all while ensuring accuracy and audit-readiness. This is a high-impact role where your work directly powers our compliance automation platform.
Key responsibilities
Build multi-agent AI architectures for evidence collection, gap analysis, and remediation
Develop RAG pipelines and vector database systems for compliance knowledge retrieval
Create integrations with GitHub, Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure, Jira, and enterprise systems
Design hybrid rule + LLM evaluators to ensure accuracy and reduce hallucinations
Use Claude Code and Claude Cowork to accelerate automation pipeline development
Implement LLMOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Build explainability and traceability features for audit-ready AI outputs
About you
3+ years in AI/ML engineering
3+ years in Programming
2+ years working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models)
Production experience with RAG systems and multi-agent architectures
Hands-on with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar AI-assisted dev tools
Python (strong proficiency) or any programming language
Experience with LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini
Multi-agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant
Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
