Job Description :
1. Input transactions into the Accurate system accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
3. Perform bank reconciliation for all accounts in the system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
4. Review tax invoices received from suppliers to verify authenticity and completeness.
5. Create tax invoices for sales transactions and other relevant transactions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
6. Calculate and report monthly VAT (Value Added Tax) through the Coretax system. .
7. Handle correspondence related to banking, taxation, and company financial matters.
8. Compile findings from reviews or audits into a summary for follow-up.
9. Monitor updates and implementation of applicable PSAK (Financial Accounting Standards in Indonesia) to ensure compliance.
Requirement :
1. Minimum D3 Accounting/Financial Management or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
3. In-depth understanding of Taxation and Financial Reporting
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and stay updated on tax regulations
5. Detail oriented and experienced with excel
