REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) is mandatory in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT/Cybersecurity.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or management position.
- Proven experience leading and managing technical/cybersecurity teams.
- Experience in SOC, Managed Security Services, DLP, Endpoint Security, Trellix, or Penetration Testing/VAPT.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity solutions and security architecture.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution design, technical proposals, RFP/RFQ/tender, and project delivery.
- Experience with BoQ/BOM and mandays/resource sizing.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate with Manager, Director, and C-Level stakeholders.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and technical escalations.
CERTIFICATIONS
Relevant cybersecurity certifications are highly preferred:
- CISSP
- CISM
- CEH
- OSCP
- CompTIA Security+
- Trellix Certification
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
- ITIL
- CREST
CISSP or CISM will be a strong advantage.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in an MSSP, System Integrator, Cybersecurity Vendor, or IT Solution Provider.
- Experience managing SOC and Managed Security Services.
- Experience with Trellix or other leading cybersecurity platforms.
- Experience handling enterprise customers, particularly banking and financial services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage SOC, Managed Services, Security Engineering, and Penetration Testing teams.
- Oversee SOC, Managed Security Services, DLP, Trellix, and Penetration Testing/VAPT solutions.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, methodology, SOPs, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SOC and Managed Services achieve agreed SLA, KPI, and service quality.
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical customer and project issues.
- Support Sales in RFP/RFQ/tender, technical proposals, solution design, BoQ/BOM, and mandays sizing.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs.
- Manage technical relationships with customers, principals, and technology partners.
- Develop technical team capabilities, certifications, and career growth.
- Ensure successful project and service delivery according to scope, timeline, SLA, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the company’s cybersecurity services and solutions.
