Job Description: 

As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Intern, you will be a vital catalyst for the growth of the Mekari Officeless Tribe. This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the fast-paced B2B SaaS sales ecosystem. You will act as an important part of the customer journey, bridging the gap between marketing and sales. Your primary focus will be on building a robust lead pipeline, maintaining high-quality prospect data, and supporting the execution of high-impact outreach campaigns. This role is perfect for a driven, detail-oriented individual looking to build a strong foundation in tech sales, lead generation, and product marketing.

• Inbound & Outbound Motion Execution: Collaborate with the senior SDR team to actively drive both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting strategies. You will assist in identifying key decision-makers and initiating the first stages of the sales cycle.
• Leads Database Maintenance: Take ownership of CRM hygiene by consistently updating, cleaning, and managing the leads database. Ensure all prospect data, interaction logs, and account details are accurately recorded to facilitate seamless operations.
• Multi-Channel Lead Compilation: Systematically source, aggregate, and qualify leads from a variety of channels including marketing campaigns, webinars, industry databases, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and website inquiries to continuously expand the target account list.
• Campaign Generation & Execution Support: Work closely with the SDR and Product Marketing Manager to ideate, draft, and deploy targeted outreach campaigns. Assist in monitoring campaign metrics, fine-tuning messaging, and optimizing follow-up cadences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
