Who You Are:

Our team is seeking a talented and creative Minecraft Animator who can use McHorse’s Blockbuster Studio mod. Your role will be to animate vanilla and non-vanilla storyboards and scripts to bring them to life whilst integrating content that is relevant and up to date with the latest trends in Minecraft, Children’s, Internet, and Popular Culture.

Your Responsibilities and Skills:

Long-Form Animation: Proficient in animating INTROs to various different show SOP styles ranging from, Scary, Theory, Story, Prank, etc.

• “Theory” style: Realistic, believable and thought-provoking theories. (Example: 0:00-0:28Link)

• “Story” style: A complex, thrilling, and engaging objective. (Example: 0:00-0:21Link)

• “Scary” style: Realistic, believable, and genuine reactions, interactions and events that scares the audience. (Example: 0:00-0:08Link)

Initiative and Script Enhancement: Demonstrates initiative by enhancing provided scripts and instructions, improving animation quality, adjusting camera angles, and incorporating additional background elements as "Easter Eggs" to enhance viewer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet and understand deadlines.

• Ability to understand feedback and act on it.

• Full and in-depth understanding of vanilla and modded Minecraft in 1.20.1-1.21.1

• Experience and moderate understanding of McHorse’s Blockbuster Studio Mod using 1.20.1

• Experience with creating simple custom models in Blockbench

• Experience with animating complex Blockbench models in Blockbuster Studio

• Experience with animating facial expressions and rigs in Blockbuster Studio.

Preferable Additional Skills:

• Experience using Replay Mod

• Experience with NPC mods in 1.20.1+ including Motion Capture, CosmicNPCs, etc

• Experience with Wemppy’s Blockbuster Studio FS Mod for 1.21.1

• Experience with ElGatoPro300’s Blockbuster Studio CML Mod for 1.21.1

• Animating with the IRLights mod

• Knowledge of Minecraft Shaderpack editing
