DW Host/Hostess – Summary:
Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing seating arrangements, providing information, and ensuring a friendly and professional guest experience while supporting smooth daily operations.
Manage guest flow and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Assist the team during busy periods and special events.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess area.
