Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Melakukan inspeksi & pengujian sistem MEP, menganalisis data pengukuran, mengidentifikasi risiko instalasi, serta menyusun laporan & rekomendasi teknis kondisi bangunan.

Kualifikasi Utama

  • Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik (Elektro / Mesin / Fisika / Tenaga Listrik / Relevan).
  • Diutamakan berpengalaman dalam inspeksi, testing, commissioning, atau maintenance MEP.
  • Memahami sistem Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (Rumah, Gedung, & Komersial).
  • Mampu membaca Single Line Diagram (SLD), wiring diagram, dan gambar as-built.
  • Mahir menggunakan alat ukur teknis (Multimeter, Megger, Thermal Camera, Pressure Gauge, dll.).
  • Mampu melakukan analisis teknis dan menyusun laporan inspeksi secara sistematis.
  • Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan lapangan & perjalanan dinas.
