Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a Premium Telco Account.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic account-related requests.
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper handling of concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months BPO experience is preferred.
- Candidates with less than 1 year of BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
- High school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates are welcome to apply.
