Supply Operations/Staff (????) - Mandarin and English Speaker

Position 岗位: Supply Operations/Staff (供应业务）

Key responsibilities

• 根据煤炭研究所的月度供煤计划，合理调度，保证生产所需原料煤供应。
  Based on the Coal Research Institute’s monthly coal supply plan, coordinate and schedule coal supplies appropriately to ensure the supply of raw coal required for production.

• 搜集市场信息，了解市场变化，为公司决策提供原始信息。
  Collect market information and monitor market changes to provide relevant market data and insights to support the company’s decision-making.

• 严格依据和公司有关规定签定供煤合同，防范和规避风险。
  Strictly follow the company’s relevant regulations when signing coal supply contracts to prevent and mitigate potential risks.

• 做好客户的管理工作，建立供方档案，组织对供方的评估、业绩评定等工作，并依此编制合格供方名录。
  Manage suppliers effectively, establish and maintain supplier records, organize supplier evaluations and performance assessments, and compile a qualified supplier list based on the evaluation results.

• 做好与客户的沟通工作，向客户传递公司质量、环境管理及其它有关信息，以满足公司质量、环境管理体系的运行要求。
  Maintain effective communication with customers and provide information regarding the company’s quality management, environmental management, and other relevant requirements to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and environmental management systems.

• 做好市场开发工作，优化供煤煤质和供煤结构，合理控制供煤成本。
  Develop and expand the coal supply market, optimize coal quality and supply structure, and effectively control coal supply costs.

• 负责进厂煤的质量监督与检查工作。
  Responsible for supervising and inspecting the quality of coal delivered to the plant.

• 根据配煤比以及市场变化，提供高性价比煤源，稳定配比，降低配煤价。
  Provide cost-effective coal sources based on coal blending ratios and market changes, maintain stable blending ratios, and reduce coal blending costs.

Qualifications and Requirements 履历经验要求: 

• Male/Female, no gender restriction (性别不限)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a relevant major (第一学历大专及以上，最终学历本科及以上)

• Fluency in Mandarin (Preferred) and Active English (优先中文及英文口语流利)

• Proficient in computer operations (能够熟练操作计算机)

• Excellent understanding, communication, organization and coordination skills, relationship building skills, and strong sense of teamwork (具备良好的理解能力、沟通能力及组织协调能力，社交能力和团队合作意识强）

• Hard-working, honest and trustworthy, conscientious in work, strong sense of responsibility, restrictions may be relaxed appropriately for those with excellent conditions (吃苦耐劳，诚实守信，工作认真，责任感强，条件优秀者可适当放宽限制)

• Willing to travel for a business trip to Morowali Site (根据工作需要到苏拉威西工作)

• Willing to undertake long-term business trips (能够接受长期在外出差)
