About the role
This role involves delivering technical and non-technical training to new engineers and employees on products and services, while developing and managing training materials and programs to support business and operational needs.
Key responsibilities
Deliver technical and non-technical training to new engineers and employees on products and services
Prepare and develop technical and non-technical training materials according to business and operational needs
Conduct training effectiveness evaluations
Manage training administration
Coordinate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training materials remain current
Compile training results reports and recommendations for participant competency development
About you
Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or related fields)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, Training Instructor, or similar position
Able to develop presentation materials, training modules, and work guides
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience providing technical training on machinery is a plus
Work experience in technology, banking, payment systems, or managed services industries is a plus
Willing to undertake official travel as required for training delivery
