Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the coal mining industry.
Experienced in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Experienced in developing Competency Matrix, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Manpower Planning (MPP).
Familiar with training & development, performance management, and HR reporting.
Experienced in coordinating with external parties, government institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR policies.
Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Willing to be based at the South Kalimantan mining site.
