Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Licensing, or Corporate Legal.
Candidates with experience in the mining industry are highly preferred.
Experienced in managing OSS and LKPM.
Experience handling corporate licenses, permits, legal documents, and regulatory compliance.
Familiar with Indonesian corporate, business, and mining regulations.
Experience monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance across subsidiaries.
Experienced in coordinating with government institutions, notaries, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Strong legal research, analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
