About the role
This role focuses on People Development and Organization Development, supporting the implementation of talent management programs and organizational structure initiatives within a fast-scaling environment.
Job Description :
People Development
- Assist the implementation of Talent Management programs, including talent identification, assessment, talent mapping, and promotion/readiness processes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate performance, competency-gap, and business data into development priorities and IDPs.
- Design and roll out Leadership and competency-based development programs, and track their effectiveness against defined metrics
- Own and maintain the talent database and prepare talent review materials for leadership.
- Monitor KPI-setting and performance review completion, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.Organization Development
- Conduct role and organizational analysis to assess role scope, accountability, complexity, and competency requirements.
- Develop and maintain role profiles, job architecture, career architecture, and career pathways.
- Develop and maintain job grading, leveling, and competency frameworks.
- Support role mapping and calibration across the company's job and career framework.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, and/or Learning & Development.
Prior experience in a fast-scaling or multi-outlet retail/F&B environment is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate people data and business needs into development initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
