Pool Attendant – Honest Management

Job Description :

Honest Management is looking for a responsible and hardworking Pool Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of swimming pools across our managed properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.

2. Check and maintain proper pool water quality and chemical levels.

3. Clean pool areas, including removing leaves, dirt, and other debris.

4. Check pool equipment and report any issues or damage to the supervisor.

5. Ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and presentable for guests.

6. Maintain and organize pool cleaning equipment and supplies.

7. Coordinate with the housekeeping and operational teams when necessary.

8. Report any maintenance issues or unusual pool conditions immediately.

9. Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

10. Conduct regular pool inspections according to the assigned schedule.

11. Maintain cleanliness around the pool area and assist with basic outdoor maintenance when required.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Pool Technician, Hotel Staff, Villa Staff, or similar position is preferred.

2. Basic knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and chemicals.

3. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

4. Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

5. Able to work independently and follow a schedule.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Able to respond quickly to maintenance or guest-related issues.

8. Having experience in villa or hotel operations is an advantage.

9. Willing to work across multiple properties in Bali.

Working Environment:

This position involves working outdoors and visiting multiple villa properties managed by Honest Management. The candidate must be flexible with the daily schedule and property locations.
