About the Job
We are looking for a Trade Marketing professional who can translate commercial strategies into strong in-store and retail execution. This role will work closely with internal teams, distributors, and retail partners to plan and execute trade marketing initiatives across department stores, multi-brand retailers, and indirect channels.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple activations from planning through execution while ensuring strong visibility, effective promotional mechanics, and healthy sell-through performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Commercial Execution, preferably in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle.
Strong ownership and able to manage multiple activations end-to-end.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for sales, promo, and budget tracking.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with department stores, multi-brand retailers, or indirect channels.
Familiar with distributor/retail partner coordination and POSM production.
Basic understanding of sell-through, margin, markdown, and promo performance.
