About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacture (Gasket) company. Currently, they are looking for Maintenance Engineer Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and surface grinding on dies to ensure proper condition and accuracy.

• Carry out preventive maintenance on production machines according to schedule.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical machine issues.

• Record and report daily maintenance activities.

• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Update and maintain machine history records.

• Manage and control tooling and spare parts inventory.

• Maintain and organize maintenance-related documentation.

• Provide technical support to ensure smooth production operations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• D3 majoring in any engineering-related field.

• Conversational English proficiency.

• At least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Staff in Japanese automotive manufacturing.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
