Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environment, public health or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
Familiar with ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Have knowledge 17025 accreditation process.
Have General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) Certification will be advantage.
Experience related to HSE will be an advantage
Have SMKP Certification will be advantage.
Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and fast learner.
Able to work independently and in a team, neat and detail oriented.
Work Location: Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi
Responsibilities:
Responsible for QHSE implementation in the Kendari branch, including compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Training and Awareness: Organizing and conducting training sessions related to quality, safety and good HSE practices.
Risk Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.
Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
Lead emergency response team in Kendari branch.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.
