Job Title: Trust & Safety Technical Support Specialist
Job Role:
Responsible for providing voice-based technical and customer support within a Trust & Safety environment, assisting customers and users with software-related concerns, content and platform issues, and account or safety-related inquiries. The role requires strong English communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues while following established safety, security, and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and user concerns through voice support.
- Investigate and resolve technical, software, and Trust & Safety-related issues.
- Review and assess potentially harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content according to client guidelines.
- Navigate CMS, internal tools, and software platforms to document and resolve cases.
- Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive or escalated situations.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and follow quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex technical or safety-related cases.
- Support process improvements and contribute to a consistent customer experience.
- Manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced international environment.
