About the role
This is a telemarketing and sales position focused on making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and offer products or services, conducting cold and warm calls, and closing sales through negotiation and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold and warm calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Explain product information, prices, promotions, and services while identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Follow up with potential and existing customers, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
Maintain and update customer records, track communication, and manage customer data in the company database.
Achieve assigned call, follow-up, and sales targets and provide regular activity and sales reports.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to follow up on leads and customers when required.
About You
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Telemarketing, preferably in a similar position.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Quick learner with a good understanding of products, services, prices, and promotions.
Target-oriented with the ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using computers and databases to manage customer information.
