Tugas dan Tanggungjawab SPV Cost Control, Estimator, QS

1. Menyusun RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan) dan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) proyek.

2. Mengawasi, mengontrol, dan mengevaluasi arus keluar-masuk anggaran proyek.

3. Memantau realisasi pengeluaran proyek secara berkala (harian/mingguan/bulanan) terhadap RAP (Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan).

4. Meninjau dan menyetujui pengajuan pembelian bahan (purchase request) atau pembayaran yang diajukan oleh tim lapangan.

5. Menghitung Costing Project & Retail serta menyusun Harga Penawaran Sales untuk tim Project.

6. Melakukan Checking & Verifikasi pengajuan/pembayaran biaya Operasional, Material, serta Termijn Mandor.

7. Melakukan riset dan Update Pricelist Produk/Material secara konstan.

8. Menyusun Laporan Akhir Biaya (Cost Report).


Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil.

2. Meguasai pembacaan gambar kerja.

3. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang industri konstruksi/manufaktur.

4. Menguasai Ms. Excel tingkat lanjut (Macro/VBA, Pivot Table), software manajemen proyek, serta ERP.
