Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth Specialist to drive online growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, content, analytics, and website optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google & Meta Ads, including budgets, targeting, creative testing and performance.
- Develop and execute social media content, including posts, reels, stories and educational content.
- Produce and edit at least 4 short-form videos per month.
- Manage SEO strategy, keyword research and publish 2 SEO-focused articles monthly.
- Optimise landing pages, product pages, CTAs and the overall customer journey.
- Monitor GA4, UTM tracking, conversions, revenue and ROAS.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and recommend improvements.
- Manage community engagement and escalate customer or product-related issues where required.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and conduct ongoing marketing tests.
Minimum Monthly Deliverables
- 8–12 social media assets
- 4+ short-form videos
- 8–12 story frames
- 2 SEO articles
- 2–3 website/page optimisations
- Weekly Google & Meta Ads optimisation
- 2+ marketing tests
- Monthly KPI report and strategy review
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, SEO and UTM tracking.
- Experience creating social content and short-form videos.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, CRO and customer journeys.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Experience in health, wellness, beauty, food or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
