About the role
This role involves performing preventive and maintenance actions on machines, as well as assembly, testing, maintenance, supervision, and evaluation of electrical equipment and machinery. The position requires troubleshooting and repair of machine damage, providing training and disciplinary action to team members, and delegating tasks to subordinates according to applicable procedures and regulations.
Key responsibilities
Perform preventive and maintenance actions on machines
Conduct assembly, testing, maintenance, supervision, and evaluation of electrical equipment and machinery
Perform troubleshooting and repair of machine damage
Provide training and disciplinary action to team members
Delegate tasks to subordinates according to procedures and applicable regulations
About you
D3 or S1 education in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
Understanding and mastery of machine mechanisms (overhaul, preventive, predictive, maintenance and damage)
Technical capability and knowledge of electrical machines and PLC
Ability to modify ladder diagrams, read electrical diagrams, and assemble computers (software and hardware)
Leadership capability, decisiveness, attention to detail, and ability to act quickly
Able to work individually and in teams
Understanding of 5S standards and occupational health and safety (K3)
