Staff HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Spark Operations Technology establish a hyperscale AI Data Center in Batam, Indonesia, leveraging strategic location advantages, reliable energy infrastructure, and strong technical collaboration. The investment is structured in three phases, supported technically by Range Data, China's largest AI data center company.

Location: Nongsa, Batam, Indonesia. selected for its strategic proximity to regional markets, particularly Singapore, developed infrastructure, competitive land costs, supportive regulatory environment, and availability of skilled workforce. Total land acquisition of 30 hectares, starting with an initial 10 hectares in Phase 1.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

• Administer attendance, leave, BPJS,Coretax and other HR administrative tasks.

• Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data accuracy.

• Coordinate employee training and performance appraisal activities.

• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

• Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

• Min 1 years of experience in HR,

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR practices,

• Payroll management, BPJS, Coretax, and HR administration.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
