Job Descriptions:
Handling customers complaints and give an information by Live Chat in E-commerce.
Create reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to resolve the issue.
Requirements:
Min. Associate Degree (D3) in any major.
At least 1 year of experience in a contact center/customer service.
Willing to work on a shifting 24 hours.
Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
Able to join as soon as possible.
