Corporate Marketing

Qualifications:

• Domicile in DKI Jakarta.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Must be able to speak and understand English actively.
• Able to ride a motorcycle or drive a car, candidates who are able to operate both a motorcycle and a car and hold both SIM A and SIM C will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all marketing activities for the studio and attract more visitors to the studio (minimum 10 trial guests per day).
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work under targets and achieve performance goals.
• Analyze the market around the studio and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Create attractive marketing campaign plans (online and offline) for the studio.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, workshops, and festivals (online and offline) to increase brand exposure, awareness, and inquiries (minimum 2 events per month).
• Capable of organizing and managing events from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with external partners to increase exposure, brand awareness, and studio inquiries.
• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate clients to generate business opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and secure corporate wellness, employee engagement, or collaboration programs.
• Source and secure sponsorship opportunities for studio events and marketing initiatives.
• Seek opportunities to create events, partnerships, and sponsorships with corporate organizations.
• Seek opportunities to organize events with communities located near the studio.
• Reply to all social media interactions, including chats, comments, and inquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
• Record and assign all inquiries in the system according to the appropriate marketing source.
