Description
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups as necessary to enhance customer engagement.
- Provide support for account management and financial inquiries, aiding customers in understanding their accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of scheduling and account management.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly, patient demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce and back office support functions.
