Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in coal handling, fuel handling, power generation, or other bulk material handling operations.
Good understanding of material handling processes and the operation of industrial equipment.
Able to monitor equipment performance, recognize abnormal conditions, and take appropriate operational actions.
Familiar with routine field inspection, equipment monitoring, and basic maintenance activities.
Understanding of coal handling processes, coal quality, and basic sampling practices is an advantage.
Able to perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments when required.
Good understanding of workplace safety standards and safe working practices.
Comfortable working in an outdoor industrial environment and following a rotating shift schedule.
Willing to be assigned to the project site in East Java.
