Job Description

Lead Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Aftersales Service, and Technical Service operations.
Ensure efficient product distribution, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Develop operational SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage technical service operations, warranty claims, and spare parts availability.
Lead cross-functional operational teams and monitor overall operational performance.
Prepare operational reports and recommendations for Management.

Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Aftersales, or Supply Chain, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
Strong knowledge of Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Technical Service Operations.
Experience in home appliance or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
Familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
