About the role
Develop interior design concepts according to client needs, space function, and desired aesthetics. Create working drawings (layout, detail, and 3D) as a reference for field implementation. Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and project teams to ensure design implementation runs according to plan. Conduct site visits to ensure work results match design drawings and specifications. Control quality of interior work to comply with established design standards. Ensure project timeline and construction progress run according to project targets.
Key responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts according to client needs, space function, and desired aesthetics
Create working drawings (layout, detail, and 3D) as a reference for field implementation
Prepare material boards, colour selection, furniture, and finishing according to design concept
Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and project teams to ensure design implementation runs according to plan
Revise designs based on client feedback and field conditions
Conduct site visits to ensure work results match design drawings and specifications
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors regarding material and production needs
Control quality of interior work to comply with established design standards
Prepare material requirement estimates and assist with interior cost calculations (BOQ)
Ensure project timeline and construction progress run according to project targets
About you
Degree in Interior Design
Minimum 8 years experience as an Interior Designer, particularly on Office Fit Out, Residential, and Retail projects
Proficient in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and AI Rendering
Understanding of working drawing details, interior materials, and furniture/custom production processes
Strong aesthetic sense and detail-oriented
Able to read technical drawings and coordinate with project teams
Communicative, creative, and able to work within deadlines
