Job Description:
At least 2 years of working experience as Export Sales, International Sales, or Export Business Development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's overseas market.
Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners across global markets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing overseas customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets, customer needs, competitors, and international market trends.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, price negotiations, purchase orders, and sales agreements with international customers.
Handle and coordinate the end-to-end export sales process, from receiving customer orders through order confirmation and coordination with Export Operations until shipment.
Coordinate with Export Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and other related departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
Communicate effectively with international customers and provide professional sales and after-sales support.
Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, market developments, and achieve assigned export sales targets.
Have strong negotiation, analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understand end-to-end export procedures, documentation, and international trade processes.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
Willing and open to worldwide business travel for customer visits, exhibitions, business meetings, and market development.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus point
Eager to learn and explore multiple task
Good communication, able to build relation with client/customer
Strong knowledge of the details of the export business such as international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations
Proven work experience in handling overseas market (Asian, American, European and etc)
